Two amazing Sevres Oxblood style flambe' glaze vases done in 1892 in striated shades of red, blue, black with the white porcelain showing through. The larger is marked S92 in black on the bottom. Possibly an experimental piece having the notation BX 904 in black slip inside the foot ring. Height 9 inches. The smaller vase is marked BX 9-3CH on the bottom along with impressed Nd. It measures 5 inches tall. Both are in excellent condition with strong color.
