Dr. Gregor Krause (1883-1959) was a German amateur photographer. After training as a doctor, he became an Officer of Health at the Royal Dutch East Indies Army (KNIL). From 1912 to 1914 he was stationed near the village of Bangli in Bali in Indonesia which is when he took his Bali photographs.
