Large Chinese dragon cloisonné incense burner from the early 20th century. This incense burner features a bowl of green and white enamel waves, sitting atop four chilong head legs, with their tongues sticking out. Two red enamel, 3-clawed dragons, with bronze flaming tails, and bronze flames at their front and rear haunches, circle the bowl and face each other at opposite sides, with their claws at the rim of the bowl. The interior of the bowl is blue enamel. Dimensions are 26 1/2 inches in diameter by 16 inches high. All measurements are approximate.
