In focus in the center is the blue four-armed Vishnu with the attributes from upper right wheel, shell, club and lotus blossom. His incarnation as a fish is called Matsyavatara, the demon left below has stolen the sacred scriptures and hidden them on the ocean floor, so only the fish can find and save them. Vishnu wears a golden, royal crown and nimbus, several figures in prayer around him. Encircling the image and on the right side of the page is a compact floral composition with many birds, two peacocks and a tree of life.
