PEWTER COLLECTION - (35) Piece Group of 18th and 19th c. Pewter, including: (1) Early 19th c. American teapot by Armitages & Standish, melon shape with scalloped lid and wooden handle and finial, 7" high, 10 1/2" x 5 3/4", good condition; (3) Spouted English pint-size tankards marked 'A E Surrey' and engraved "SW", 4 1/2" high, 5 1/2" wide; (6) Plates and chargers bearing 18th c. English maker touchmarks, ranging 7 7/8" to 13 1/2" diameter; (4) Pint tankards, three with crowned CH marks, one with glass base and a series of marks, including 'X', 4 1/2" to 5 1/4" high; (6) Gill, half-pint, and half gill measures, all with Victorian capacity marks, 2 1/2" to 3 1/2" high; PLUS (15) other unmarked pieces, including (2) lidded tankards, (3) mugs/measures, (1) oval box with hinged lid, 3 3/8" high, 5" x 4 1/2", (1) shaker, 3 7/8" high, (1) oval lidded warming dish with tin liner, approx 10" high, 13" x 7 3/4", (1) oval 14 3/4" x 11 1/4" platter with engraved crowned B, and (6) plates, sizes ranging from 7 3/4" to 10" diameter; various dents and scratches.
