Kubachi work, the large buckle made in two sections of chiseled, engraved and nielloed silver with beaded borders, the broad leather belt set with 75 Imperial Russian silver coins, most dated in the second half of the 19th century, with festoons of smaller coins to the lower edge on either side of the buckle. Inscribed, WORK OF ABDUL KEMAL OWNER SALATIN 1317 [1899.] End of the 19th century. Wear to leather. Overall length 76 cm. Condition II
