George Scott stone china pitcher decorated with leaves and stems on one side and cattails on the other. Attributed to Cincinnati-area artist Mary Virginia Keenan. Keenan decorated at Rookwood in its early years and this pitcher previously belonged to the family of a Rookwood artist. George Scott marking on the bottom. There is staining to the piece and a 2" hairline descends from the rim, which is primarily visible on the inside of the piece. 6 3/4" tall.
