MCNULTY, William, (American, 1889-1963): "After the Storm", Etching, 12" x 16" with margins, signed lower right, dedicated "for Chris Buchheit, we've been buddies for 40 years", dated 1956, titled lower left, matted, 15" x 18", unframed. "McNulty was an American artist, who created realistic etchings and drawings of New York. He was born in Ogden, Utah. He studied art in 1908 and 1909 at the Art Students League in New York, where he also later taught. He was a successful editorial cartoonist for the Seattle Star." - askART.
