The painting is in very good condition. The canvas is minor wavy in the corners. The frame is overall in good condition with only slight signs of wear. The painting measures 118 x 185 cm. The framed dimensions are 135 x 175 cm.


Porfiriy Matveyev Mishenko (geb. 1918)

The Ukrainian artist Porfiry Matveyev Mishenko was born in Kiev in the Ukraine. There he studied at the State Art Academy until 1952. He created large-scale paintings that are associated with the Socialist Realism of the Soviet Union. He was working in Kiev his whole life. (fea)
