Cretaceous Period, 145-65 million years BP. A group of fifteen Pterosaur teeth Siroccopteryx moroccensis, from south of Taouz, in the Moroccan Sahara. 13 grams total, 10-22mm (3/4 - 1 1/2"). From the collection of the palaeontologist R. Gledhill collected between 1930 and 1960. So far, Siroccopteryx is the only named flying reptile from Africa and its narrow, curved teeth were probably used to catch fish. [15, No Reserve]
