Description
Pair of Chinese gilt bronze candle holders, delicately decorated in cloisonne enamel with Lotus and twigs motif. The candle holders are tall square shaped, fans toward the bell shaped foot base, the supported a square bowls leading to a needle. Underneath the neck, larger square bowl applied to the collar and a small spherical belly resting above the foot. Banded with numerous rings on the rim, shoulders, and belly. Overall in turquoise color tone enamel ground. The exterior is decorated with numerous flower sprays. The composition is sophisticated and the colors are a feast for the eye.
Mark on each base, a four script - KaiShu-characters reign mark, QianLong Reign Period.

Traced numerous tiny-holes of corrosions on enamel filling, No missing wires found on cloisonne works. With normal anomalies in nature, sign of stressed surface, minor scratch & dents, and trace of declined on gilt. Normal, consider ages and wear. Over all in excellent condition.ÿ
