Provenance: Private collection, California. A copy of a consignment receipt from Boisgirard Auction House, Paris, dated 1999, referencing 4 drawings by Alberto Giacometti accompanied the present drawing when it was acquired by the current owner. Please note that the receipt, a copy of which will accompany the lot, does not reference the present drawing in particular or any other specific Giacometti drawing.
