OO-4B PRINCESS FEATHER MEDALLION OBLONG OCTAGON PRESSED OPEN SALT, deep amethyst, variation of OO-4a with rope underneath the even-scallop rim. Unlisted in Neal, extremely rare. Probably Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. or Midwestern. 1835-1850. 1 1/2" H, 2 5/8" x 3 3/4".
Rim with the loss of six scallops and partial loss of several others.
