Lot 5189
Grouping of 2 Native American beaded medicine man bags: the first bag is hand-sewn and made entirely of brain-tanned cow hide and bears a hope star emblem made of shakira beads (has lost some stitching across the top and as a result is not entirely fixed to the bag). The colors are that of the Lakota medicine wheel, indicating that the bag may be a product of this tribe. The second bag is stiffer, as it is made entirely of cloth and materials beaded with shakira beads. Both bags are in good condition.
