Details: This 10PCS lot of Greek & Roman pottery which were dug in the 1960's by an academic archaeologist dating from 800BCE including a Greek skyphos with proto-Corynthian style painting, four lekythos or alabastrons including one in black burnished ware with fluted bowl and three painted examples, two oil lamps with one in black burnished ware with decoration, a partial Greek bottle dug in Cypres, and two small roman vases dug at Lanuvio de Roma.
The largest piece (skyphos) measures approximately 3 7/8" tall x 6.5" wide at handles. The smallest piece (profusely painted alabastron) measures approximately 2 7/8" tall x 1 5/8" at widest.
