Lucio Fontana, Argentinian-Italian, 1899-1968, Alfa Romeo "Discus", a machined and pierced steel disk with an affixed smaller .800 silver disk engraved "Alfa Romeo Milano a Dmitri Nabokov per le vittorie sportive 1964" and hand engraved by Fontana on the larger steel disk.
The late race car driver Dmitri Nabokov, the son of novelist Vladimir Nabokov drove for Alfa Romeo throughout 1964 - this trophy possibly awarded for his success driving TZ for the Coppa Asiago.
