Baseball hit for a home run by Babe Ruth in April of 1931

This ball was additionally signed by Ruth after the game for a fan

Additional provenance: This ball was retrieved and signed by Babe Ruth after a game in 1931. The original owner also had Chuck Dressen sign the baseball. The owner noted the players who hit home runs in the game and the final score. The ball was then stored for over 23 years, in which during this time the owner had moved to Nashville. While living in Nashville in 1954, the owner had the ball signed by baseball player Bob Lennon who played for a local team. The story of this baseball was told to this gentleman, who in return for helping was gifted the ball. Also, the family recounted an interview done with a local TV channel in Nashville in regards to the baseball.
