American, fourth quarter 19th century. Rococo Revival mahogany corner cabinet, in three sections, the upper section having scrolled superstructure centered with vasiform candlestand over a pair of glazed doors with foliate and c-scroll mullions above the middle section with gothic pierced carved brackets and a scrolling shaped beveled mirror back to each side, the lower case with two glazed doors within a scroll carved frame opening to a brownish gold velvet covered conforming shelf. The whole raised on scroll-cut cabriole legs terminating in unique ball and claw feet. Apparently no makers marks. Approximate height 92", width 48", depth 25.25".
