Description
Set of two Chinese candle holders of the Qing period, delicately decorated in cloisonne enamel with Lotus and twigs motif. The candlesticks are tall cylinder- shaped The candlesticks have narrow mouths and long necks. Underneath the neck, they have a round dish and a small flattened spherical belly resting on a bell-shaped foot with a foot ring, overall a turquoise color tone. The external is decorated with numerous flower sprays. Attach to the candlesticks is also a decorated enamel plaque on each pair. The composition is sophisticated and the colors are a feast for the eye.
As sacrificial sets are considered quite rare.
Mark on the container's rims, a four embossed script - KaiShu-characters enclosed within a gilt medallion, QianLong Reign Period.

Excellent condition, with normal anomalies in nature, sign of stressed surface, minor scratch & dent. Surface traced wear and or declined to gilding. Normal, considering ages and wears.
