CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS
The vast majority of property offered at Rare-Era.com comes directly from estates and private collections, and may show signs of use and age. We go to great lengths to provide multiple photos and accurate descriptions of each lot. The absence of condition remarks in the description does not mean the item is in perfect condition. You may request a condition report prior to bidding. This service is provided for guidance to the buyer and is without legal obligation. All lots are sold "as is" and without guarantee. We do not accept returns.
RESERVES
Lots may be subject to a reserve (the confidential minimum price below which the property will not be sold), often this is equal to the opening bid value.
