Bidding is contractual and floor bidders are required to make payment on the final hammered price before leaving the auction. On line bidders are required to pay within 48 hours after invoice has been sent out. If planning to use a credit card, please call 618-444-6889 and provide the information needed to process the payment. We do not store credit card information from previous transactions. Non- payment of an invoice within a reasonable time will lead to disabling of a bidders account and making all bidding unavailable through the on line service. Unpaid invoice will result in the account being sent to a collection agency. This can affect your overall credit score when applying for credit. Regarding COA?s when available, it is our observation that documents accompanying an artifact are exactly what the author states. The COA is the author?s opinion and should be treated as such. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be the final judge regarding the authenticity of the items being offered and in no event shall Lebonick?s Auction Service be held responsible for having made or implied warranty of items being sold as to age, genuineness, value or other determining factors. All items for sale in this auction are strictly ?as is? and no statement or advertisements shall be deemed to be warranty regarding any aspect of such item. Actual shipping charges are added to invoice and packaging is done in house without any handling fees. If special boxes are needed to ship, only the cost of such special packaging will be added. Sometimes the internet service fails and bids are missed during the live auction, and Lebonick?s Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from on line bidders. On line bidders can make their bids using the on line bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. In some cases, phone bids are acceptable if approved by the auctioneer.
