This documents the service discharge to the United States Union Army for 2nd Lieutenant Samuel B. McLaughlin, of the 166th Regiment of the Pennsylvania Militia. Document date is July 28th, 1863. Contains details of the discharged soldier's hometown, physical characteristics, profession before enlistment, service length and enlistment date.
