The two 14 inch Chef's knives have 9-1/2 inch blades, beveled cutting edges and are marked "Japan," one with a replaced handle with the wrong sized scales.The carving knives are all roughly 14 inches long, three have discernible maker's marks: "Geneva Forge USA," "EKCO Forge USA," amd "Armack shefield England." Boning knives range in length between 9 and 11 inches with maker's marks: "R.H. Forschner Co. Victorinox Made in Switzerland," EkCO Forge USA,""Flint Stainless Vanadium USA," and "Ontario Knife Company." Utility knives range from 8 to 10 inches with marks includin: "Ontario Knife Co," Village Blacksmith Watertown Wis," J.D. Russel & Co." aring knives range in length between 7 and 9 inches. Cake spatulas range in length between 6 and 14 inches, all with parallel sides and rounded tips ranging in width from 5/8 inches to 1-1/4 inches. A range of conditions are present. Some of the boning knives have been extensively and repeatedly sharpened to the point where the blades are significantly thinner than when new.
