Signed, titled, dated, and inscribed 'AP 1' in ink on paper label affixed to verso.

The following inscription is written in ink on verso:
"To Francis! / Look in the mirror - / Sometimes when I'm "away" this helps me to be être-dans-le-monde. / [heart] Nan"
