Description
INDIANA BROKEN DISHES PIECED QUILT, in printed floral pink and green fabrics making up the "Broken Dishes" pattern; the front side of an attached piece of paper reads, "This quilt was made for Frank Ott by Aunt Suzanna (Ditch) Matchett born September 13, 1830, died July 10, 1904. She made one for each of the Ott boys". Late 19th century. 68" x 80".
Good condition overall with some areas of staining and toning along folds.
Provenance: From a Rockbridge Co., VA private collection.
