The vessel, in the shape of a jaguar, the body of the vessel forming the body of the animal, sitting on three legs, the front two are rattles and act as the legs of the animal, the back is plain, the arms modeled out of the body of the vessel, above the legs, also rattles, bend downward and rest on the upper legs. The head of the jaguar emanates from the center of the vessel, highly modeled, with prominent ears, with raised brows, modeled eyes, defined nose, and open mouth with teeth with a rattle inside. The vessel's body is done in a light brown wash with brown and red decoration. The features of the jaguar, toes, claws, eyes, hair on brows all delineated by brown glaze. The upper arms and legs of the vessel are highly decorated, as too is the neck and area around the neck of the jaguar, the neck of the vessel is separated into two main registers of decoration separated by thin bands of spirals
