An interesting printing including the Proclamation of Charles II proclaiming a day of fast on January 30 of each year. Eugenius Philalethes was a pseudonym of the noted 17th century Alchemist Thomas Vaughan (1621-1666). Pamphlet not bound, very good, cut to last leaf. Measures 4.5 x 7".
