Lot 0954
Attractive figure of a seated man in late 18th century style costume at a piano. Painted stenciled design with a music harp mounted to the top of the base between the man’s legs. He has a smiling bisque head, in 1920’s Limoges type head. The base is a wooden box with claw feet. When one pulls the drawer out in the front, it releases the mechanism stop and the man starts to play. He moves both hands from side to side and head also turns from side to side (although slightly loose). The overall height of the seated figure including the base is 13” (33 centimeter). Condition is very good with clothing in good condition. The only issue is the looseness of the head. Condition:Dimensions:13" x 10 -1/4" x 8 -1/4".
