Set of 100 "5-Yuan" notes in continuous serial number from V VII VI 8601001 to V VII VI 8601100 , each has water mark, all in mint condition. Printed by People's Bank of China in 1956. Provenance: From the estate of Mr. Jake Saunders former bank official of The Hong Kong Shanghai Bank Corp in Hong Kong, by descent to family member in Vancouver, Canada, acquired in 1965.
