Lot 0823
English, late 19th/early 20th century. An Edwardian satinwood vitrine, having a crested broken pediment top with neoclassical motif carving, over two glass cabinet doors with elaborate scrolled mullions, on fluted and tapering arrow legs, with polychromed figural cabochons and flowering laurel wreaths. Interior fitted with linen covered shelves. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 83.75", width 53.375", depth 15.1".

Condition

Wear commensurate with age and use. Legs are wobbly and not stable - possibly replaced. Scratches, nicks, dings, and wear to finish, with some small losses to wood. Glass is likely replaced. Some molding is loose. Pediment has been broken and repaired. Interior is clean and nice. No other visible signs of damage or repair.
