DESCRIPTION: A pair of 19th century, French candelabras. Features ormolu foundations with four Rococo scrolled acanthus leaf motif feet supporting the tapering, squared base adorned by embossed acanthus leaves/ The bottom of the stem is garnished by a turquoise and gilt enameled dome plaque , centered by a greco-Roman column motif flanked by two winding candle arms with blossoming acorns and scrolled foliage. The candle arms are adorned by matching enameled turquoise and gilt, underplates below the actual candlesticks adorned by rosette motifs. Finished with blossoming acorn motif finials.
