DESCRIPTION: A Set of 5 Russian lacquered papier mache boxes comprising of the largest box, embellished with a depiction of Maurycy Gottlieb's "Yom Kippur" painting that opens to reveal 4 smaller boxes with depictions of famous Russian Judaic paintings such as Elena Flerova's "Simchat Torah" as well as "Blessing of the New Moon". Each are signed as well as finished with gilded trims and accents.
