Pre-Columbian, Central America, Mayan Territories, Guatemala or El Salvador, ca. 300 to 100 BCE. A lovely grouping of four stone celts in varying sizes and forms, and all with tapering edged ends. The largest has a rough surface and a grey surface with beige earthen deposits; the second largest has a mottled green surface with curving grey streaks on the surface; the third largest has a smooth dark green/grey surface and an elongated profile, and the smallest has a rough grey surface with a smooth edged terminal. Size of largest: 2.25" L x 1.75" W x 6.5" H (5.7 cm x 4.4 cm x 16.5 cm)
