LEE/ROSE NO. 324 CUP PLATES, LOT OF TWO, light amethyst and deep amethyst, each with 66 even scallops. Scarce and rare. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. and probably others. 1840-1860. 3 1/4" D.
Near proof, light example with only two lightly tipped scallops and a minute top-rim flake, dark with partial loss of one scallop, three others lightly tipped, and several small top-rim spalls.
