1785 1st ed RARE Importance of American Revolution Welsh Richard Price
Richard Price was an 18th-century Welsh political pamphleteer and activist known for his involvement in the American Revolution. He was close friends with Benjamin Franklin and other Founding Fathers, thus many of his treatises and pamphlets were popular amongst American readers.
This rare pamphlet, ‘Observations on the Importance of the American Revolution,’ was important for including a European view point of the American government. Price states that the greatest problem facing Congress was the lack of a centered power during the American fight for independence.
