An early 20th century 18ct gold onyx and split pearl

An early 20th century 18ct gold onyx and split pearl cufflinks and dress studs set. Each cufflink designed as an octagonal black onyx panel, with central split pearl accent, together with a matching pair of dress studs. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1913. Length of cufflink face 1.3cms. Length of dress stud face 0.8cm. Weight 13.6gms.

Condition

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • One dress stud deficient.
  • Case has patent number - 319,947 - dated 1885.
  • Black onyx is in good condition with minor surface abrasions.

  • The split pearls have not been tested for natural origin and are not accompanied by a certificate.
  • All items are stamped 750.
