In meditation, seated in the lotus position, halo behind his head, fine facial details, moustache, wavy hair, wearing a necklace, the arms over his chest. Exquisite details.

Bodhisattva is someone who has made a vow to achieve enlightenment or who has reached that ultimate goal, has renounced his own Buddahood for the sake of helping others. They are identified in Gandhara art by the halo.
