Regulations for a colonial religious guild. The document states that anyone that decides to join the order will receive an indulgence. Among the obligations, the members must not eat meat 4 days a week, and fast on Fridays; pray the Pater Noster 54 times a day; the brothers of the order must do charity work; they are forbidden to attend parties, comedy plays and gambling; they can´t have any "artificial arrangement" on their hair; among other things. OCLC/WorldCat lists only one copy, at Texas A&M, but dating it 1775 - this is dated in partial manuscript, with the date and month written in, as well as the 8 in 1708, but the 170 is printed.
