Condition
The work of art is in very good condition. Signed lower left recto. Colors are strong and surface is stable. Very minor surface dirt. The tacking edge has been professionally lined and the canvas wrapped to a newer, very substantial stretcher. A small 1/2" x 1/2" tear has been professionally repaired. Small patch visible on the verso of this area. Some horizontal stretcher marks present. Condition reports are rendered as specialist opinion by the staff of the Auction House and/or independent consultants and not as statements of fact.
