Buyer Is Responsible For Shipping Arrangements and Costs--Chandler's International Auctions and Estate Sales DOES NOT SHIP. Chandler's works with local shippers of your choice to facilitate your shipping, but all arrangements are the buyer's responsibility. We will provide winning bidders a list of local bidders who frequently handle shipping for the auction house. Again, shipping is the bidder's responsibility.
Winning bidders should notify auction house of shipper by e-mail for release of items. Shippers can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to set appointments for pick up. ALL SHIPPERS MUST SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS TO PICK UP as we are not open to the public daily.
All outside SHIPPERS must CONTACT US VIA EMAIL: email@example.com (mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org) to SET UP APPOINTMENTS for pickup. Chandler's is not a retail store and not open to the public daily for pickup. Chandler's will be open for pick up November 20 & 21 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. and November 23 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Chandler's is closed for the Thanksgiving holiday Nov. 23 @ 2:00 P.M. through Nov. 26. Appointments will be set up beginning Nov. 27 by email for shipping or invoice pick ups after that time. It is the bidder's responsibility to finalize shipping and pay for shipping services.
NOTE: If items are NOT removed from our gallery within 10 days of auction, storage fees may incur at $10 per item/lot per day TO BE PAID PRIOR TO RELEASE TO SHIPPERS.
After 30 days, any merchandise remaining is forfeited to Chandler's and resold as we do not have storage facilities. Chandler's International Auctions and Estate Sales is not responsible for notifying bidder when items are resold.

Invoicing Through Live Auctioneers Email
Invoices are presented through Live Auctioneers invoicing system. Check your Live Auctioneers account if you do not see invoice in your email inbox within 12 hours of auction.
Credit Card Payment--processed through LA
Payment by credit card should be made through Live Auctioneers payment option. PayPal is NOT accepted. Chandler's does not process credit card payments by phone.
All international purchases must be paid with certified funds or wire transfers (ACH) with an additional $15 fee. We do NOT accept PayPal. Credit cards for international purchases are accepted when paying through Live Auctioneers Payment Option only. E-mail Chandler's if you choose to wire funds for wiring instructions.
Shipping of Items
Purchases requiring shipping are the buyer's financial responsibility. Items are released to the third-party shipper of the bidder's choosing.
Bidders must notify Chandler's in writing via e-mail of shipper for release of invoices. Shippers can contact Chandler's via firstname.lastname@example.org to set appointments for pick up. Chandler's is not open to the public on a daily basis.
All items must be shipped or picked up in person within 10 days of auction. Items paid for by check must be picked up within 10 days of release by the bank. No items paid for by check can be released until funds are secured at the bank. Items not removed from gallery within 10 days of auction can incur storage fees due prior to release of items. See terms and conditions including abandoned property.
Paid invoices can be picked up the following dates and times from the gallery--please e-mail us for appointments to expedite your pick up:

from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M.
Wednesday, November 22 from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.
After Nov. 22, appointments can be made via e-mail email@example.com for pick up. Chandler's will be closed for Thanksgiving holiday Nov. 23-26.
Winning bidders arrange packing and loading assistance and materials. CAES does not provide.
Payment of Invoice
Payment of invoice must be made within 5 days of auction. Invoices not paid within 5 days are subject to disputes on the Live Auctioneers platform. Invoices are sent through Live Auctioneers.
All credit card payments are processed through Live Auctioneers or by swiping when picking up items. No telephone or e-mail credit card transactions.
All invoices in the amount of $1000 or more must be paid in certified funds, wire transfer, or check payable to Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales. Invoices over $1000 needing payment by card will be processed through Live Auctioneers.
All credit card (only accept MasterCard and Visa) payments must be $1000 or less for total invoice.
Winning bidders opting to mail certified payments, wire payment, or mail checks should DEDUCT the processing fee on the Live Auctioneers invoice. The processing fee is for Live Auctioneers payments made directly through the LA payment system.

Terms and Conditions of Catalogue Auctions
By registering for this auction you agree to the terms and conditions as stated below.
Conditions: Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales strives to accurately describe the items being sold, but all property offered for sale is strictly AS-IS WHERE-IS with all faults. All sales are final and no refunds are given. The sales records and recordings shall be conclusive. It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine the exact condition and authenticity of each item. No statement in this catalogue or by representatives of C.A.E.S. shall be considered as a warranty or assumption of liability. Oral and written descriptions given by C.A.E.S. staff members in person or electronically are given as a courtesy to a client, are only an opinion, and should not be considered as a guarantee of age, composition, or authenticity. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear or imperfections. A good condition report considers age and use of item with appropriate wear. By bidding, you signify that you have either closely examined the items, have chosen not to examine them, or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason he deems appropriate, including any lots that may have a reserve, or if there is a lack of bidding interest or lack of appropriate bids. C.A.E.S. shall always have the right to withdraw any item at any time for any reason and to default any sale in the event of an error or dispute.
Terms: Sales are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale: Bidding is available by live in-house bidding, live internet bidding, absentee, and telephone. There is an 23% buyers premium, and live internet bidding is available on LiveAuctioneers.com with a 23% buyers premium. Payment is due at the end of the auction by cash, certified funds, wire transfer, or approved check. Visa and MasterCard are available for purchases under $1000.
Invoices greater than $1000 require certified funds, check, or wire transfer.
North Carolina sales tax is 6.75%.
Online Bids: Live internet bidding is available during the auction. Current bids on the internet will be executed on your behalf during the auction by www.LiveAuctioneers.com. However, C.A.E.S. cannot be held liable for live internet bids that are not sent, received, or executed by the administrator. If you are bidding live, real-time on-line, please bid quickly because there is a time delay in receiving live bids.
Absentee and Telephone Bids: Arrangements for absentee and phone bidding can be made by completing and submitting the Absentee Bid Form by 5:00 P.M. the day prior to sale day. This form is available in the gallery as well as via email (email@example.com) or on our website. Phone reservation contact numbers cannot be changed after 5:00 P.M. the day prior to the sale. Any changes must be made by speaking directly to a representative at the gallery by phone. All bids must be secured with a valid credit card number (Visa/MC). All absentee bids will be executed in a fair, competitive and confidential manner. While every effort is made to execute and honor absentee and phone bids, C.A.E.S is not responsible for failure to execute a bid and is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of failure to execute absentee bids or failed phone reservations. In case of identical bids, the first bid received will take precedence. Where appropriate, written bids will be rounded down to the nearest amount consistent with the auctioneers bidding increments. NOTE: It is the bidders responsibility to accurately record Lot Number and Bid Amount or Telephone number on any Absentee or On-Line bid form. C.A.E.S. assumes no responsibility or liability in the event a bidder fails to do so. Leaving an absentee or telephone bid indicates the bidder is willing to open the bid at one half the low estimate of the lot. Bids cannot be submitted, altered, or cancelled via voicemail. All phone and absentee bids are executed with an 21% buyers premium with 3% discount offered for certified funds, check and cash payments.
Estimated Weights and Measurements: Weights in catalogue description have been estimated through measurement and are to be used as approximate guidelines and not relied on as exact. Unless otherwise stated, all stones have been measured and graded in their settings. Metal weight given for jewelry items with stones is inclusive of stone weight. Buyers are reminded that many colored gemstones have historically been treated to enhance their appearance. Clocks and Watches: No representation or warranty that any clock or watch is in working order is given. There is no guarantee to works or movements. Virtually all clocks and watches have been repaired in the course of their lifetime and may include parts not original to them.
Payment: All items purchased in person must be paid for on sale day. All items purchased via absentee or phone bid must be paid for within three business days of sale date. If a buyer fails to contact Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales within three business days following the sale, the credit card used to secure the bid will be charged the full amount of the invoice. For items purchased through LiveAuctioneers.com, Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales will contact and send an invoice to all winning bidders via e-mail at the completion of the auction. If paying by check, Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales reserves the right to hold the item(s) until the check has cleared. Payment can be made by cash, approved certified funds, Visa, and MC. At the auctioneer's discretion, certain lots will be required to be paid for by wire transfer. Winning bidders will be notified of this upon presentation of invoice.
Ownership: Ownership of an item is conveyed immediately following the fall of the auctioneers hammer. While Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales try to handle and store all items with great care, C.A.E.S. will have no liability for any loss or damage to an item after the hammer has fallen.
Loading: Loading purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer. C.A.E.S. will, as a courtesy, assist with the loading following the sale when staff is available, but this is done at the risk and responsibility of the buyer. Arrangements for pick-up for buyers who wish to supply their own labor can be scheduled during gallery business hours. C.A.E.S will have no liability for any damage while providing loading assistance.
Storage: Unless prior arrangements are made, pick-up within 10 working days of the auction is required, or a $10.00 per lot/per day storage fee will be charged.
Abandoned Property: Without prior arrangements, any lot(s) remaining at The Gallery on First more than 30 calendar days after the auction purchase date will be considered abandoned and will be resold at auction to off-set the storage fees. C.A.E.S. is not obligated to notify the winning bidder that the abandoned lot(s) will be resold at auction.
Packing and Shipping: Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales works with local shippers arranged by bidders noted in Terms & Conditions. Packing and shipping costs and finalization is buyer's responsibility.
