The base of the bowl is marked S Kirk & Son Co, 925/1000 and the number 103. S. Kirk & Son did not begin to use the word STERLING until 1914, dating this piece to 1868-1896. (Early pieces such as this one have 925/1000 written on them). The bowl measures 3.5 inches tall and has a diameter of 8 inches.
