Group of four early 19th century English Staffordshire blue and white earthenware plates comprising the following patterns: "Canton River" aka "Chinese Junk and Pagodas", diameter 9.37" and attributed to Robert Hamilton (English, 1811-1826); "Forest Landscape II", diameter 9.62 by Spode (English 1770-1833); "Octagonal Chinoiserie", diameter 10", maker unknown and "Gardener Variation" aka "Chinese Flowering Pot", diameter 9.75", maker unknown. All piece unmarked except for "Garden Landscape II" with the impressed number "2". Provenance: Property from the Private Collection of Mrs. Nancy Rutledge Pogue, Blufton, South Carolina (wife of Mr. William Pogue, who served as an heir to the H. & S. Pogue Company department store chain based in Cincinnati, Ohio).
