This is a beautiful sterling silver napkin ring, made by Turner & Simpson in Birmingham in 1952. It is perfectly round in shape. The sterling surface is engine turned and the raised border has a repetitive pattern of slanting lines. On the front is a blank rectangular cartouche. This piece is in excellent condition and would make a great addition to any collection. It measures 1 3/4" x 1 1/4" and weighs 18 grams, or 0.58 Troy ounces. It bears the "T&S" mark for Turner & Simpson, the anchor for Birmingham, and the C date mark for 1952.
