Circa 1780's - This Spanish Colonial South American Cabinet is inlaid with mother-of-pearl (a technique known as enconchado) in a design of flowers and leaves, with gilded metalwork hinges and escutcheon and fitted parquetry interior. Provenance: Purchased by a benefactor of the family TORRETAGLE and was on Display in the Museum National of Lima, Peru. Size Approx. 16" x 24" x 16 1/2" in.
