    This is a magnificent World Air Route map. It shows the well noted flights of the times: Charles Lindbergh's solo Trans-Atlantic flight, Zeppelin's round the world flight, the first aerial circumnavigation of the globe by the US Army, and Airship Italia's flight to the North Pole. There are 52 vignettes are shown around the map -- city scenes (Washington's Lincoln Memorial, Parliament buildings in London and Budapest, etc), Famous Sites (Taj Mahal, Pyramids at Memphis, etc), People (Native American, Muslim woman, etc), Animals (zebra, polar bear, etc).

    Fair. Some toning, damp spots (mostly noticeable on verso) and stains. Splits in folds (some repeared on verso), several small pinholes and filled voids. Splits and chips in margins. Nicely colored.
