18th Century Chinese Qing Dynasty SanCai wares censer, The three colored wares, are earthenware molded in mandarin duck figure standing on its legs, front facing broadly elevating its head front ward. The lower part body is a hollowed shallow vessels, the upper body resembled the lid. The exterior are boldly glazed with splashes of bright green and amber on a straw-colored ground. The duck standing upon a rectangular pedestal, pierced with ruyi motif on sides.

Dimensions: 9-1/2" H x 10-1/2" L

PROVENANCE: From New York Estate Sales and Auctions Near The Hudson, 1928. The same collections can be found from Lot-269 through Lot-322.
