A Fine Chinese Blue and White Red Dragons Porcelain Meiping Vase. Of a Chinese traditional Meiping Shaped Body, bulbous to the shoulder, gently tapering toward shortened neck further to a banded gallery mouth and narrow opening, raised on flat base. The exterior delicately hand painted with Iron-red imperial five-toes dragon enormously flying above surrounding LiShui waving water, with smaller dragons striding around lower body. All reserved against dense of cobalt-blue cresting waves diaper. Underglaze blue are stable with subtle shades. The Lines of the drawings are clear; the light and dark shades are subtle. It is dense but not too crowded. Gorgeously displayed upon a carved hardwood stand.


Mark on base, a six blue script -ZhuanShu- characters reign mark, YongZheng Reign Period of Great Qing.
