Secondary title: "Regnum Florae or the kingdom of flowers with all its beauties," Nuremberg: 1750-80. Hand-colored copper-plate engravings on laid paper. Each approximately: 10" x 15.5" ++ Liliio narcissus lacobaeus flore sanguine onutante Horti Elthamensis. ++ L.4: Iris lutea, variegata Lobelii. ++ L.3: Iris Anglicana major, violaceo flore. ++ L.7: Iris alba, Florentina. ++
Provenance: A Virginia Collector.
Condition: Very good condition. Little to no toning. Scattered foxing. Lilio narcissus and Iris alba Florentina each have closed, repaired tears to bottom margin.
