Europe, United Kingdom, 1793 CE. A heavy paper land sale document, handwritten, dated January 31, 1793, and signed by Mary and Mark Sharp and William Sharp, transferring property between the couple and William. Their seals are stamped onto ribbons on the bottom of the document. It is also signed on the back by two other parties who took copies of the deed to official locations. The text is easily legible, written in a beautiful hand. A well-preserved historical document. Size: 26.6" W x 15.25" H (67.6 cm x 38.7 cm)
