There is a $10 handling fee for first lot and $5 handling fee, each additional. Plus actual USPS postage. If it is an item that we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus their charges for packing and shipping. We do not ship furniture. READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING ! This auction is for the partial contents of estates and we brought back to our building. Lots start closing at 7pm January 30th. Make sure you click on "watch live auction" , so you can see the lots close. Payment is due by Friday February 2nd @3pm. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Pick up day is Monday February 5th 12pm-6pm. Pick up day and time is the only available time. If you do not pick it up on specified day, your items will be considered abandoned. Shipping is available, on certain lots. ( not for furniture or large lots containing multiple items). If you need an item shipped there is a $10 handling fee for the first lot and $5 for each additional lot, plus actual USPS Postage and Insurance. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, we charge $10 transporting fee. UPS will then bill you for their handling and shipping charges. Please pay original invoice, email us requesting shipment. We will then send you a PayPal invoice for shipping and handling. We do not visually inspect every item in large lots of items. There could be a chipped item in there. If we do notice an item is damaged, we usually discard the item, or will mention it in the description. Buyer is responsible for bringing your own packing materials and help to load any of your items.
